industries. She brings more than twenty years
experience in Credit Management, Collections,
business operations, human resources, and
consulting. Ms. Salamon is a sought-after
speaker in the areas of Credit Management and

Judy Klindt joined Rand in 1982 as a
salesperson after a career in education. She is now
Vice President / Director of Sales, and a principal
in the firm. Ms. Klindt is much appreciated for her
personal service and thoroughness by Rand’s clients,
and for her mentoring qualities as a supervisor.
Steven Salamon is a cofounder of the firm,
and serves as Vice President of Marketing. He
is, in addition to his duties with Rand, President
and CEO of a full service Marketing Communications
Agency. His in-depth exposure to many, diverse
industries helps Rand to appreciate the special
nature of many of our client’s businesses.
