Bonnie Salamon is the founder and CEO of Rand Associates, an Accounts Receivable Management company, serving clients in a variety of industries nationally. She brings more than thirty years experience in business operations, human resources, and consulting. Ms. Salamon is a sought-after speaker in the areas of credit management and business formation.
Ms. Salamon served as Personnel Manager, and then Regional Credit Manager with London Records. She was subsequently recruited to create the credit department for the Peachtree Plaza Hotel, the world’s first totally computerized hospitality property. While there, she was asked to write a policy & procedures manual, which was adopted worldwide by Westin Hotels. Ms. Salamon also served as Credit Manager for three different divisions of Scientific Atlanta, drastically reducing past due receivables in each. She left SA to found Rand Associates in 1981.
Ms. Salamon is a Director of Salamon & Assoc., Inc., a marketing communications company, founding President of The Association of Woman Entrepreneurs, a Past President of the Atlanta City Sales Club, and a Past Board Member of Sales & Marketing Executives International. She received her degree from the University of Florida, with additional work at Piedmont College, and Georgia State University, where she guest-lectured for their Small Business Development Center. Ms. Salamon is married, with one grown son, and lives north of Atlanta, GA.
