	Contingency Collection Rates


		Standard Commercial Collection Charges All invoices on the account 121 days or older

	25% of first $2,000. 20% of excess over $2,000. Over $15,000 - negotiable Special Collection Rates will apply on small balances, second placements, and debts older than one year.


Preferred Rate For commercial accounts under 121 days from date of last invoice

		18%

	Balances over $300

	Bulk Placements Rand will handle collections for buyouts, bankruptcies and business closures on a negotiated fee basis.


	As we begin working claims immediately upon receipt, our fees will be due on all payments received subsequent to day of placement.


	Note: Half our normal fee will be charged on all returns, or for all cases where a prior unrecorded payment or return of merchandise is located. The above rates do not apply when an attorney must be used. Attorney rates are subject to approval by the Client and always are in accordance with the fee structure established by the Commercial Law League.
